Sony has purchased a 10% stake in Kadokawa, and while they’re not the majority stakeholder, they are the largest stakeholder. It’s hard to say how much sway they’ll really have, and it’s worth noting that both Sony and Kadokawa are more than just video games, especially in Japan.
However, I imagine a lot of people are connecting a bunch of Bloodborne dots right now.
The recently announced multiplayer FromSoftware game will include enemies from some of From’s finest work, according to director Junya Ishizaki.
