After a long time being only available in overseas markets, this mobile RPG spinoff of the Phantom Thieves is coming to the West.
Originally slated for 2025, Rise of Hydra has been pushed back to early 2026, according to a post by developer Skydance Games.
On top of that, the streaming service confirmed that season 3 is now in the works. The real question is, where’s that God of War project Amazon’s working on?
But Missing-Link, the GPS-based mobile project, has been officially canceled.
Do you remember when Fairgame$ was revealed two years ago at a PlayStation Showcase? That’s the first and last we’ve really heard of the game until now. According to a report by Bloomberg, after initial external playtesting, responses weren’t positive. And now, that’s led to another studio and project that industry veteran Jade Raymond has left.
Moon Studios CEO Thomas Mahler has warned No Rest for the Wicked fans that the negative review score on Steam could lead the studio to be shut down because it would scare away future customers. Some of those negative reviews mentioned Mahler’s “anti-woke” views, for what it’s worth. As of the time of writing, the review score now sits at “Mostly Positive.”
