If you missed the… third? fourth? biggest night in gaming this year, we’ve got all the headlines covered for you. There’s Soulslikes galore, a Sekiro anime, Resident Evil Requiem gameplay, and a Black Myth: Wukong sequel here, along with lots more exciting new projects to look forward to.

We’ve traded one celebrity GM for another with Brennan Lee Mulligan helming this new season of Critical Role. You can learn all about it in our story above, including how they’ll structure the campaign with 13 players.

This campaign will also use the new 2024 ruleset for Dungeons & Dragons, which adds new subclasses, rule tweaks, and more. And if you missed it, Wizards of the Coast also just released a new TTRPG system called Exodus, which adds a sci-fi twist on familiar D&D concepts.

The Briefing Leaders Rely On.

In a landscape flooded with hype and surface-level reporting, The Daily Upside delivers what business leaders actually need: clear, concise, and actionable intelligence on markets, strategy, and business innovation.

Founded by former bankers and veteran business journalists, it's built for decision-makers — not spectators. From macroeconomic shifts to sector-specific trends, The Daily Upside helps executives stay ahead of what’s shaping their industries.

That’s why over 1 million readers, including C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, start their day with it.

No noise. No jargon. Just business insight that drives results.

And it’s even sooner than you’re probably expecting. Will this game live up to the hype? It’s hard to say for sure, but I think if you temper your expectations, you’ll probably be satisfied with Silksong. The developers took their time with this one because they had the luxury, not because of some development-hell scenario.

Nintendo had a 45-minute direct this week about the newest Kirby game, which is worth watching just for Masahiro Sakurai’s dry sense of humor. He directly compares Air Riders to Mario Kart, then basically says, “Well, anyway, let’s dive into the gameplay.”

All models are going to cost $50 more across the board. This comes after Sony raised prices for the PS5 in other countries, and now the U.S. market is catching up to the consequences of economic uncertainty (read: ridiculous tariffs).
