We’re putting board games in our politics now. This coalition of 700+ industry players in the tabletop space includes the founder of BoardGameGeek, the game director of Dungeons & Dragons, and the creator of Magic: The Gathering, just to name a few important names.

Over on Bluesky, he skeeted(??) about how proud he was of the game, but also said he was tired of “manbabies” who got upset about pronouns. They then proceeded to bully and harass him. I can’t believe we live in this timeline. Wait until they find out they also have pronouns.

Speaking of blue… Netflix has slowly inched its way into the gaming space, but it’s been reported this week that its big AAA initiative with Team Blue is no more. This includes talent who worked on big IPs like Overwatch and Halo.

You don’t see a story like this every day. From the developers of My Time at Sandrock is Evershine, which has raised so much early funding that it’s skipping early access entirely. That’s pretty huge, considering the previous My Time games all went through early access.
